These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VeeAI website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VeeAI's website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
VeeAI provides a modular document intelligence platform (VeeMe Platform) designed for on-premise deployment. Our services include secure document storage (VeeDoc), AI-powered document analysis (VeeAI), workflow automation (VeeFlow), and integration capabilities (VeeConnect). The software is deployed on your own infrastructure.
3. License and Usage
Subject to these Terms, VeeAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software in accordance with your subscription agreement. You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; sublicense, sell, or distribute the software; use the software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
VeeAI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by VeeAI Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and documents remain your property at all times.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to your data and documents. VeeMe Platform software processes your data locally on your infrastructure. We do not access, collect, or store your documents. You are responsible for backing up your data and maintaining your encryption keys.
6. Disclaimers
VeeMe Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the service is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
